Francis J. O'Connor
Fran is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Health Care Practice Groups. He represents several entities and their affiliates in general liability, employment law, business litigation, and appellate advocacy. His experience includes representation of health care facilities, their affiliated entities and health care personnel in internal and external disciplinary matters. He also has extensive involvement with Probate administration regarding estates, guardianship and equity matters on behalf of the Firm’s clients. Fran has represented clients in a diverse range of issues appearing before numerous courts and administrative agencies in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and his law degree from Suffolk University, where he was the Production Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts as well as the United States Supreme Court.
