Michael J. Fazio, Jr. Michael is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Health Care Practice Groups. He represents a variety of organizations in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, the leasing of real property, contracts relating to real estate and construction, the resolution of title and boundary issues, the resolution of landlord and tenant disputes, land use, permitting, real estate tax abatement and exemption, and environmental issues. In addition to his real estate work, Michael advises clients in matters involving school administration. He earned his undergraduate (magna cum laude) and master’s degrees from Boston College, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, Michael has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest “AV” peer review rating. |
