Peter Pommersheim

Peter is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Health Care Practice Groups. He has more than 30 years of experience as a governmental regulator, a management consultant, and as legal counsel to a wide variety of corporate and individual clients. Although he has a wide breadth of experience in corporate and health care law, his principal focus is hospital law, new startups and joint ventures, management and general contractual matters, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, corporate compliance, and tax-exempt financing. He earned his undergraduate degree (with honors) from Colgate University, his master’s degree from UCLA, and his law degree (cum laude) from Suffolk University, where he was an Associate Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review.
