Wilson D. Rogers, III Wil is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Litigation and Health Care Practice Groups. He has tried numerous cases in both the state and federal courts, defending professional malpractice, general liability and employment actions. He has defended clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and before the Boards of Registration of both Medicine and Nursing. He routinely consults with hospitals on risk management and liability issues. He has lectured at numerous hospitals on a wide range of legal issues. Wil also focuses a portion of his practice on corporate and employment law. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, as well as the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Boston College Law School, Wil has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest “AV” peer review rating. |
