Wilson D. Rogers, Jr.
Wil is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Health Care and Litigation Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on corporate governance, health care matters and litigation. He has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. Wil has served as General Counsel to a large integrated health care delivery system, and has published and lectured extensively on legal issues in the health care industry. He was member of the faculty at Suffolk University Law School for 10 years, where he taught Medical Malpractice and Hospital Law. Wil received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his law degree from Boston College Law School. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, as well as the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Wil has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest “AV” peer review rating. |
