Robert E. Driscoll Bob is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Health Care and International Practice Groups. He advises clients with regard to contractual matters, corporate compliance, fraud and abuse issues, HIPAA compliance, patient care issues, corporate governance, mental health commitments, real estate leases and tax exemptions. Bob earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Connecticut College, and his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, where he served as a student clerk for the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler, Chief Magistrate of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as for The Gillette Company, and Cloisters Barristers Chambers in London. Bob is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts.
