Wil is a highly experienced trial attorney. He has tried numerous cases for the past twenty years in both the state and federal courts, including professional malpractice, general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, civil rights, sexual abuse and employment actions. He has represented clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and before the Boards of Registration in Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy. He routinely consults with individual healthcare providers and institutions on risk management and liability issues. He has lectured at numerous hospitals and other forums on a wide range of legal issues. Wil also focuses a portion of his practice on corporate and employment law. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, as well as the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Boston College Law School, Wil has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest “AV” peer review rating.
