Wil is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Litigation, Health Care and International Practice Groups. He has tried numerous cases in both the state and federal courts, including professional malpractice, general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, civil rights, sexual abuse and employment actions. He has represented clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and before the Boards of Registration of both Medicine and Nursing. He routinely consults with hospitals on risk management and liability issues. He has lectured at numerous hospitals on a wide range of legal issues. Wil also focuses a portion of his practice on corporate and employment law. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, as well as the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Boston College Law School, Wil has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s highest “AV” peer review rating. |
